Independent Risk Engineers (IRE) is a British Company that specialises in providing technical risk management services to industry, commerce and the insurance sector.
An operational base was established in 1999 in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Since that time we have undertaken projects throughout the Middle East, the sub-continent and the Far East. Our clients have included major international Insurers, Brokers, Loss Adjusters and industrial concerns.
David A. Gray is Managing Director of Independent Risk Engineers Ltd. Mr Gray is a graduate of the Universities of York and Edinburgh in the UK. For many years he was a senior forensic scientist in the UK, specialising in incidents involving fires and explosions. He holds a Master of Science degree in Fire Safety Engineering, has attended many fire scenes and has conducted numerous risk surveys throughout the world.
IRE is an independent Company operating professionally within the framework of a scientific and engineering practice. We are the only independent Company in the Middle East offering forensic services in fire investigation and risk surveys.
